YOUR ROOM

Bradda Garden Room is the accommodation we, as guests, always wanted to stay in; as a separate annexe from our own house it is completely private and independent; it is dog friendly but still comfortable, high quality and stylish; it has all the lovely benefits of a Bed and Breakfast combined with generous space to just hang around and relax.  The sheltered guest garden is a haven for exotic plants and wildlife and the gazebo and patio provide a wonderful place to enjoy it.

Inside Bradda Garden Room awaits a level of comfort you might expect from a larger hotel.  The luxurious 6ft bed is super snug and made up with high quality bed linens, duvet and pillows (We can convert this to two singles if preferred).   We firmly believe in our commitment to guest comfort and we have tried to think of everything; even down to the USB sockets by each bed so you don't have to hunt for a charger. The bathroom consists of basin, toilet and large bath with shower above.  Fluffy robes and towels are supplied for guest use as well as a range of refillable toiletries, in line with our eco commitments.

The storage space has been specially designed to accommodate guests' belongings and clothes.  There's a hairdryer, iron, mini ironing board and of course plenty of hangers; there's nothing worse than not enough hangers when you go away!  There's also a fridge for that cheeky early evening drink in your own private garden and any other little snacks you might want to store.  Our commitment to being 'Green' means we do not supply bottled water but we are happy to place a jug of filtered water in the fridge each day for our guests.  Breakfast is continental and can be tailored to your requirements.  A cooked breakfast is available by prior arrangement and at an extra charge.

There is a a generous TV lounge area with comfy seating,  Chromecast TV and wifi (the TV can also be seen from the bed). Want to wake up to your own tune?  The alarm clock is also a Bluetooth speaker and connects to your devices.  We've also left a few games and activities for guests to enjoy on the unlikely off-chance you might be at a loose end.

The entry lobby enables guests to leave muddy walking shoes and coats behind when they come in from outdoors.  It is also home to our 'pooch post' where you can find a few handy spares for Fido in case you forget them and towels and blankets specifically for the hound.  And speaking of the hound, there are many many fabulous dog walks right on our doorstep.  Ted loves them all but especially enjoys a jaunt up to Milner Tower on Bradda Head just 10 minutes away.
